Dr. Bingman is a licensed psychologist who completed her fellowship at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Neuropsychology. While at UM, Dr. Bingman trained within the Neuropsychology clinic where she treated, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of neuropsychological and psychological problems. Before this, Dr. Bingman gained extensive experience working with individuals in forensic settings and substance use problems, providing various forensic assessments and therapy. Dr. Bingman provides evidenced-based testing and assessments and has extensive training in many psychotherapy modalities. Dr. Bingman favors the Interpersonal and Psychodynamic therapy modalities for treatment.
Dr. Bingman began her training in psychology at Marietta College in Ohio, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science. She then moved to sunny South Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University where she completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Bingman is dedicated to staying on the cutting edge of the field so that she may provide the best quality services to the individuals with whom she works. Dr. Bingman feels it is important to provide individualized care to those who come to see her and therefore tailors psychotherapy and assessments to each case specifically.
Dr. Bingman currently provides individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults of all ages with a focus in Interpersonal and Psychodynamic modalities. In addition to psychotherapy, Dr. Bingman provides neuropsychological and psychological assessments and recommendations for a variety of issues and associated issues.
